Shipping
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or make changes after processing begins. Please double-check your items and shipping details before completing your order.
Standard Shipping: Delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping: Next-day delivery is available for eligible orders in the UK. For more details, check our Shipping Information.
Express shipping is only available for certain locations. If it doesn’t appear as an option at checkout, it may not be available for your destination or order type.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us at support@wearsensi.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the link in the email to track your package or visit the courier’s tracking page.
Ensure you are logged in to the correct account. If you checked out as a guest, your order will not appear in your account. Please refer to your order confirmation email for details.
Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process before shipping. If your order hasn’t shipped within this timeframe, contact us at support@wearsensi.com for assistance.
Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your order's progress. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:
Check with neighbors or building security.

Product
Some of our garments feature pockets that are temporarily stitched closed to maintain the garment's shape during shipping. Gently remove the stitching to use the pocket.
Refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. We offer a range of sizes, including short and tall options, to ensure the best fit.
For longevity, we recommend washing your scrubs in cold water and tumble drying on low heat.
If an item is out of stock, sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be alerted when it's available again

At this time, we do not offer custom sets. However, our mix-and-match options allow you to create a personalised ensemble.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 28 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items purchased with a discount can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability, without additional charges.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process after we receive your return. If it's been longer, please contact our support team.
Exchanges for a different length are possible if the desired length is in stock. Initiate the exchange process through our returns portal.
