1. Returns Policy
   Return Period: You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
   Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
   Non-Refundable Items: Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not qualify for a refund.

2. Refunds
   Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we inspect and approve the returned item. Refunds will not be provided for items deemed damaged, used, or returned after the 28-day period.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products
   If your item arrives damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service team at support@wearsensi.com within 7 days of receipt. Sensi reserves the right to inspect the returned item. If the damage is deemed to be due to misuse or mishandling, a refund will not be issued.

4. Return Shipping
   Free UK/IRE Returns: We cover the cost of return shipping for customers in the UK and Ireland. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.
   Customers outside the UK/IRE are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

5. Processing Time
   Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and refund processing.
